KAFFEMIK COFFEE ROASTERS

Our roastery story begins in 2016 when we collaborated with Alpha Coffee Roasters, known for our exclusive house roasts from Peru. Our shared passion for high quality coffee led to a close collaboration. Originally started as a hobby project by Karina & Daniel Fasch, Alpha Coffee became so successful that it had to be continued as an independent company. In recognition of their trust, Karina & Daniel decided to hand their company over to us, confident that we will continue to develop it in the same spirit. Therefore, we have decided to run the company under the name "kaffemik Coffee Roasters" and look forward to establishing the brand nationally and internationally.

However, kaffemik is more than a company; it is a cozy specialty café in the heart of the 7th district in Vienna, known for our espressos and filter coffees, prepared using traditional methods. Our focus is on emphasizing the unique flavors of our carefully selected beans, always bringing out the fruity nuances of the coffee.

As a diverse and inclusive team, we are particularly committed to treating each other with respect, with our shared passion for excellent coffee at the heart of it all. In addition to delicious roasts and infusions, we are committed to being informative and transparent to increase the appreciation of coffee. Our tastings offer an insight into the diversity and sophistication of this often underestimated luxury item.

We are particularly proud to have our roastery located in the picturesque Vienna Woods, which we also proudly display on our new packaging.
